I completely understand that life happens, but I do ask that you please be on time for your appointment in order to allow the appropriate length of time for your service. There is a 10 minute grace period- any amount of time later may result in having to reschedule you appointment. Please reach out, if possible, to let me know if you'll be late for your appointment.
